Owners David, Ben and Mitch Monnin proudly support their communities at every Ashley HomeStore location. By hosting many events throughout the year, we strive to honor and encourage our communities and everyone in them.

Each year the Veteran Event is held in both Michigan and Ohio. In Michigan, the LMCU Ballpark is reserved for the event while the Ohio stores vary their location year to year. During this Veteran Event, we host lunch at the venue for veterans and their guests followed by a speaker and a free furniture giveaway. This event is a small way of thanking them for serving this great country.

We also like to host events that are focused on providing for those that need some extra help. Each Fall, all stores participate in the Winter Gear Drive to collect new and gently-used items such as coats, hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, socks, and more. On top of the Winter Gear Drive, each location participates in Adopt Families for Thanksgiving and Adopt Families for Christmas. We see and appreciate the community’s support of us, and we love to return that support back into our community whenever and however we can!


Each individual location also holds Hiring Events from time to time. During a Hiring Event, we ask for those looking for a job to come on in, have an interview, and see if you would make a great fit on our team.
