• “The delivery guys were awesome. Polite, careful, etc. Best delivery guys we have ever had.”
• “The delivery experience was wonderful. The delivery men took time to inspect each piece and were very careful when bringing them in. They even moved my old couch down to the basement for me.”
• “The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very nice. They were careful, respectful and made sure to cushion the doorways before they came in to avoid any damage.”

To ensure your furniture arrives safely, the team follows our Red Carpet delivery process:

• If needed, assemble your items at our store.
• Conduct a pre-delivery inspection to ensure nothing is damaged or missing pieces.
• Wrap your items to protect them and carefully load them on our truck.
• Gently carry the items into your home and place them where you want.
• Join you in inspecting the items to ensure you’re satisfied.

If you prefer, you can pick up your items at our warehouse. They’ll be in their original packaging, and we’ll load them into your vehicle. You’re responsible for getting them home safely and then unpacking, assembling, and placing them.
